Love your poetry with pets, especially the line, "inside or outside the frame". I can relate that concept to so many things - well put! Your critters are so lucky to have you!
I luv word play! Indeed, it’s easy to stay tuned and tune a fish!
(I wrote about some of my fish time in an essay called, The Beauty and Intelligence of Swimming Ones- oh, if these times with critters were filmed. Every time I’m with fish (or any critter) it is Divine.)
Well, I luvuvluv that play on words with tune a fish, so please read our Furever Friday post that will publish at 2pm Pacific today and you'll see something really fun about it!
ok, will do, thank you for your fun work! In case my word play and work inspires you, a shout out is appreciated. I’d love people to know this:
I’m raising funds for the critters…a nature nomad on the road to restore soils and souls. People can share a message and it will be planted in pollinator gardens in parks, schools and businesses to grow health, well-being, peace and prosperity, along with native pollinator plants next to food gardens. Highland Vista Park, Tucson, AZ, is our next garden!
Thank you, James! The Critter Detectives are working on it! If anyone can find the missing portraits, it's the J Kitten, Sleuth & Purveyor of Bright Shiny Objects Detective Agency!
Thank you, Janis! That would be wonderful! Thank you very much for being here with us at Critters. The chapter links are at the end of the post and you're also welcome to read the first book, The Case of the Misplaced Priority Envelope which also has all of the chapter links available.:) Enjoy!
Well, that was a surprise twist at the end -- frames without portraits. Hmmmm...the plot thickens, the mystery continues.
Thanks for this weekly instalment, Heidi and critters.
Thank you, Diana! The Critters have their detective work cut out for them.:) Thank you very much for staying tuned. Hope you have a great week.
Thanks, Heidi. I wish you and the critters a great week too!

Lovely, Heidi!
Oh my gosh, WHAT? They're MISSING!!!! *suspenseful shocked intake of breath* What does a feline skeleton key look like? A skeleton of a feline?
Yes, Squizz, it's true! They're missing! According to Jojo, the skeleton is not feline species specific.:)
Oh! It’s a HUMAN skeleton key :)
Yes.:) It is the security for the Situation Room which Jojo is protecting.:)
The bowler hat clue is really intriguing! I’m excited to see how that piece fits into the bigger puzzle as the investigation unfolds.
Thank you, Bree! The Bowler Hat really is a lot of fun, so please stay tuned!

It’s taking me a while. I slipped & broke a rib. The doctor gave me a new prescription, it put me in the hospital for 4 days. I will get to this.
Take good care.
